The garden tours allows you to move about an outstanding landscape with hot-links to the plants that compose them.. It has a garden gallery that groups great landscape pictures into helpful categories like, front yards, back yards, raised planters, fences, gates, and walkways, plus much more.

Plants: The program comes with a built in plant database of over 1000 water efficient plants researched and reviewed by local horticulturists. You can look up plants from problem solving lists, look them up by name or perform a search by answering a brief number of easy to answer questions. Print out a list of plants you like and run off to the nursery for purchases to aid you in your next landscape improvement project.

Book on CD: The software contains a robust information section for helping you with just about any landscape situation. Find out about garden design, principles and practice of irrigation and garden care. Plus landscape reference sources and much more.

Overview: Water-Wise Gardening in the City of Redding is a project undertaken in conjunction with the Redding Municipal Utilities District, the Bureau of Reclamation and local horticulturists. It has a wealth of local residential photography and information to help the homeowner improve their garden in the water efficient way.
