Plants: The program comes with a built in plant database of over 550 water efficient plants researched and reviewed by water district horticulturists and edited by desert writer Mary Irish. You can look up plants from problem solving lists, look them up by name or perform a search by answering a brief number of easy to answer questions. Print out a list of plants you like and run off to the nursery for purchases to aid you in your next landscape improvement project.

Overview: Water Wise Landscaping in the Arizona Desert is a project taken on by a consortium of water districts and agencies in both Phoenix and Tucson. The CD is relevant to all areas of the state with the exception of the mountain environments.
It has a wealth of photography and information to help the homeowner improve their landscape in the water efficient way.
